Terms and conditions

How this site may be used and how work is commissioned. Written to be understood on the first read.

Who we are

This site belongs to Inversiones Debar 93, C.A., tax ID J-506507196, a Venezuelan company based in Caracas trading as Debar and working across four fronts: media, production, design and development.

For anything covered on this page, write to ventas@debarmedia.com or reach us on WhatsApp at +58 412 059 4736.

What this site is, and isn't

This site is informational and exists to do two things: show our work and let you book a call. It is not a store — nothing is bought here.

The work samples, timelines and figures shown describe real projects already delivered. They are not a promise of results for your case: every project depends on its scope, its starting material and how fast your team replies.

Prices, quotes and engagement

Prices shown on the site are indicative and mark a starting point, not a closed offer. Design projects start at 800 US dollars and the final figure depends on scope.

Browsing the site or booking a call creates no contract. The relationship begins when you receive a written proposal — scope, timeline and price — and accept it. That proposal governs; if it contradicts anything on this page, the proposal wins.

We may decline a project. Booking a call does not oblige us to take it on.

The 20-minute call

It is free and carries no obligation. It exists to understand what you need and tell you whether we're the right studio — sometimes the answer is no.

If you can't make it, let us know on WhatsApp and we'll move it. We may reschedule or cancel a call through the same channel.

Payment

This site has no payment gateway. We do not process credit or debit cards, and we never ask for or store card details.

Payment for a project is agreed in the proposal and made by bank transfer, off the site.

Courses are paid the same way: by Pago Móvil or Zelle from your own bank. The only thing you do on the site is upload the receipt so we can verify it. Money never moves through this website.

Timelines

Each project's timeline is set in writing in the proposal. For reference, a full brand identity takes 30 to 45 business days.

We are not a rush-delivery studio and have no interest in becoming one. The clock starts once we have all the material and approvals we need; delays on your side move the calendar.

Who owns the files

Once the project is closed and paid, everything delivered is yours: final artwork, editable source files and the usage manual. We don't hold files hostage.

Until the project is paid, the delivered work remains ours and may not be published or used commercially.

Unless we sign a confidentiality agreement, we may show finished work in our portfolio and on our channels.

Everything on this site — copy, photography, work samples, brand and code — belongs to Inversiones Debar 93, C.A. or to the clients who authorised its publication. It may not be reproduced or reused without written permission.

Acceptable use

By using the site you agree not to attempt to breach it, not to scrape it automatically, not to use the forms to send spam, and not to impersonate anyone when booking.

Third-party links and services

The site links to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and WhatsApp, and relies on external providers to run. We don't control those services and aren't responsible for them. Which ones they are and what they receive is set out in the privacy page.

Availability and liability

The site is provided as is. We take reasonable care to keep it available and its information accurate, but we don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

We are not liable for indirect losses arising from use of the site. What we do stand behind is what each signed proposal sets out, on the terms that proposal establishes.

Changes to these terms

We may update them. The version that applies is the one published here, carrying the date shown above. Changes do not affect proposals already accepted.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, and any dispute goes before the courts of Caracas, unless the signed proposal says otherwise.
