The short version
We don't sell your data or hand it to anyone for commercial purposes. We collect what we need to reply and do the work.
We do measure the visit, with Google Analytics and the Meta pixel — but only if you accept. Until you press "Accept" on the notice at the bottom, neither one loads: no code is downloaded and none of their cookies are written. If you say no, the site works exactly the same.
What we collect, and when
We only collect data you type in. Browsing the site leaves no record of you anywhere.
- Contact form: your name, email, company if you add one, and the message.
- Booking a call: your name, email, WhatsApp number and the topic of the call, plus the day and time you pick.
- Design landing: if you book from there, the project type and budget band you selected travel along too. They're published nowhere — they're used to prepare the call.
- Technical booking data: when a booking is confirmed we store the IP address it came from, so we can spot abuse and fake bookings.
- Course: on top of the above, the image of the payment receipt you upload.
- If you accept measurement: which pages you view, where you arrived from and, when you confirm a booking, the fact that you confirmed it. None of it carries your name attached.
What we use it for
To reply to you, prepare and confirm the call, issue a proposal, run the project and invoice it. Where applicable, to meet accounting obligations.
We don't profile you, we make no automated decisions about you, and writing to us doesn't put you on any advertising list.
Cookies
Without you accepting anything, the site stores two things, and neither is used to follow you:
NEXT_LOCALE— remembers whether you chose Spanish or English, and lasts a year. Without it your language resets on every visit.- Your answer to the measurement notice, kept in your browser's local storage. It is stored even when you say no, because otherwise we'd ask again on every visit until you gave in — which is exactly what shouldn't be done.
If you don't have the language one, the language is inferred from your connection's country and your browser's language. That inference happens on the fly and isn't stored.
The forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile, which tells people apart from bots and sets its own technical identifiers for that single purpose.
Only if you accept measurement do these appear as well:
- Google Analytics cookies (
_gaand similar), which count visits and tell one session from another. - Meta pixel cookies:
_fbp, which identifies your browser, and_fbc, created only if you arrived from an ad and recording which one.
Changed your mind? Clear this site's data in your browser and the notice comes back, with the decision in your hands again.
Who it's shared with
Only the providers that keep this running, and only with what they need:
- Vercel — hosts the site and serves every page.
- Supabase — the database holding messages, bookings and CRM records.
- Resend — sends confirmation emails and internal notifications.
- Cloudflare — the Turnstile that stops bots at the forms.
And, only if you accepted measurement, two more:
- Google — Analytics, to see which pages work.
- Meta — the pixel and its Conversions API, to see which ad you came from. One thing worth knowing here: when you confirm a booking, your email and phone are sent to Meta hashed one way (SHA-256), meaning turned into a fingerprint that can't be turned back. Meta matches it against its own to attribute the conversion to the ad. If you're not comfortable with that, decline measurement and nothing is sent.
Vercel, Supabase, Resend and Cloudflare don't use your data for their own ends: they process it on our instructions. Google and Meta do also use it for their own purposes, which is why they sit behind your consent and the others don't. Beyond this, we'd only hand over data if a competent authority required it.
Where it's stored
On those providers' servers, which sit outside Venezuela — mainly in the United States and the European Union. By writing to us you accept that transfer, which is unavoidable for the site to work.
How long we keep it
For as long as there's an active commercial relationship or interest on your side. If you ask us to delete your record, we delete it.
Payment receipts and anything tied to invoicing are kept for as long as accounting requires, even if you ask us to delete the rest.
What you can ask for
You can ask for a copy of what we hold about you, have anything wrong corrected, or have it all deleted.
Write to ventas@debarmedia.com from the same address you contacted us with and we'll answer within 30 days at most. It's free.
Minors
The site is aimed at businesses and professionals. It isn't intended for anyone under 18 and we don't knowingly collect their data. If you believe a minor sent us theirs, write to us and we'll remove it.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle data — a new tool, a new provider — this page and its date are updated. And if the change affects what you agreed to, the measurement notice comes back so you can decide again. The version published here is the one that applies.
