How do I send you the raw footage?

WeTransfer, Google Drive, Dropbox, or Frame.io link. We'll share upload instructions right after you book.

What if I have more raw footage than the limit?

Each tier has a raw footage cap. Above the cap we charge $20 per 30 extra minutes (we'll flag it before starting).

Is music included?

Royalty-free music from our library is always included. For licensed commercial tracks, add the music add-on.

Can you match my brand style?

Yes — send us 3 references or your brand book and we'll match tone, typography and color. The Creator Monthly tier includes a branded template.

How many revision rounds?

Single Short: 1. Short Pack & YouTube: 2 each. Creator Monthly: 2 per video + unlimited minor tweaks.

Do you handle scripting?
