No — all plans are month-to-month. You can cancel any time with 30 days' notice.
Does the Pro tier's $1,000 ad spend come out of the fee?

No — the ad spend is additional budget we manage on your behalf. It's included in the price as a credit, but the monthly fee is what you pay us for strategy and execution.
Does the Pro shoot include travel?

The monthly 4h shoot is in Caracas. Travel is quoted separately.
Can I start at Starter and upgrade later?

Yes — 80% of our clients upgrade within 3 months once they see the returns. Upgrade/downgrade anytime.
Do you do branding / logos in the retainer?

No — the design team handles only digital assets (posts, reels, covers, ads). For logos or branding, check our Branding brief.
What if I want only Instagram in the Growth tier?
