How long does a branding project take?

The core package is delivered in 4 weeks. Full branding projects take 6–8 weeks, including 2 rounds of strategic review and 2 rounds of visual revisions.

What happens if I don't like the result?

If you're not satisfied with the strategic direction after the first round, we refund your deposit. For visual revisions, every package includes unlimited minor revisions and 2 major rounds.

How many revisions are included?

Unlimited minor revisions (typography tweaks, color adjustments) and 2 major revision rounds for each deliverable. No hidden fees.

What files do I receive?

Source files (.ai, .psd, .fig), exports in every format you need (SVG, PNG, JPG, PDF), a complete brand book as a PDF, and editable templates. Everything is yours.

How does payment work?

50% deposit to start, 50% on delivery. Bank transfer, Zelle, Wise or crypto. We invoice you in USD.

Can I pay in installments?

Yes — projects over $2,000 USD can be split into 3 installments (40% / 30% / 30%). Ask us during the discovery call.
